To handle & file all your documentation for trademark application. We will follow up on your application’s progress thereafter. Meantime, you may display “TM” at your brand/mark.

-	Form 9 & Form 49 (for company, e.g. Sdn.Bhd.)
-	Form D & details (for sole-proprietor or partnership)
-	IC (for individual)

(After 12-15 months)

To obtain your Trademark Certificate. Thereafter, you can display ® at your brand/mark. Your trademark will be valid for 10 years.
